Probably the most notable feature of the Campaign X-Stand Nightstand is its distinct x-shaped legs. These criss-crossed legs give this nightstand a look that suggests it's ready to pack up and go with you. A fitting illusion considering the design of this piece is reminiscent of turn of the century travel when leather and fabric steamer trunks were the norm. Constructed of plantation grown hardwood and featuring a handsome chestnut finish, the top surfaces feature veneers for extra durability. The single drawer features a khaki fabric laminated drawer front with a top grain leather handle and brass fixtures. English dovetail construction makes it strong and it's finished on the inside for smoothness. Spring loaded, soft roller slides give it a smooth opening and closing movement. This nightstand has an updated look with a nod to the past.
