Liked look of headboard when pulled it out of box, but noticed quickly that it was bent quite a bit. There is no way for us to fix it without ruining it. I am not happy with the headboard at all and it is too much of a hassle to send back and get a new one. I ordered this in plenty of time before our new bed was to arrive. I did not take it out of the box till the night before our bed was to be delivered. The product looked like it would have been great if it wasn't bent, but next time I will just look for something around where I live, so I don't need to worry about my product being ruined.

Sad to say this is my worst online shopping experience I have ever had, and I buy lots of things online! The shipping company hayneedle uses, PILOT, is aweful. It took 23 days or 17 business days to ship these 3 boxes from KY to FL. Furthermore they sent it through two hub cities Tampa and Miami to get to my location, strange to say the least. Top it off one of the parts was damaged, so hayneedle is sending it via fed ex. And they had to keep giving me discounts for the shipping issues, to keep me happy. As long as they don't ship anything via PILOT to me I will buy again from them because they were always pleasent and tried to be helpful. I hope they seriously look at who is shipping their products and make a change! And as for my reccomondation (NO), would be because of the shipping issue. Other than that it is a very nice bed, especially after what I ended up paying for it after all the shiping issues.

We bought this headboard to accomodate our new king size bed and to match our other furniture without having to buy a whole new room of furniture. The price was perfect and the wood/style matched our room perfectly. Overall our transaction, shipping, deliver and set up were easy as pie. Love our new bed!
