Really beautiful piece - high quality and durable. It exceeded my expectations regarding the quality. I was a bit surprised at how gold the finish was. In most photo's it looked darker. View the photo of the twin bed in the child's room - that's the best view of the actual color. That said, I'm very happy with out it looks. Love it!

The headboard is attractive and easy to assemble. The frame is also easy to assemble but there is one component that is confusing. It doesn't come with metal rings for the middle two leg posts, which causes the frame to sag in the middle. Why not include two more metal rings?
We thought we would use this for our bed but we will likely put it in the guest room. The frame wobbles and can squeak even after all adjustments (tighter or looser). There is the option to screw the frame into the wall, which we are not willing to do but that would likely stabilize it.

The Headboard and footboard are absolutely beautiful and durable, but Hayneedle shipped those and the frame separately and it's been weeks and we still do not have a frame. It appears to be a hiccup on Fed Ex's part, but we need the frame to assemble the bed.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was not prompt and the frame seems to be lost. We received the head and foot boards with no damage but we still do not have the frame (it's been weeks) but Hayneedle says they are shipping a new frame. It appears to be a hiccup with Fed Ex. Other than that, all is fine and the headboard is beautiful. The headboard does not attach to a "regular" bed frame so we sure hope we get the frame that goes with the bed.

Good quality, it looks GREAT! Too bad the hardware was not sent in the package! Nor the finials (end caps) for the footboard.
