I almost did not purchase this bed because the site said it would not ship until January 10th. Because of the price I ordered anyway on December 5th and it was on my porch by December 7th which was great. The bed was much as I expected and I am very happy with it so far.

This headboard is STUNNING!!! My king size bed is the centerpiece of my bedroom, but was missing one necessity: the headboard!
The headboard, now assembled (quite easily I might add), rests against my newly painted powder blue wall and looks grand at the head of my king- size bed. The silver nail heads that frame the headboard sparkle and shine against the dark pewter hue and punctuate my beige, white and blue comforter set. The velvet texture looks and feels rich and luxurious.
The quality is outstanding. It is well built, sturdy and easy to assemble. Any lint or dust disappears with a quick swipe of a lint brush. Delivery was prompt and the carrier was polite. In my opinion, this is a top- rated headboard, and I am impressed. Will definetly look at hayneedle.com for other purchases and will recommend to others.

I was even more surprised when it arrived timely and the quality was excellent.
