Made of iron, this impressive sleigh bed features scrollwork, castings, and other fancy filigrees that look fit for a Victorian parlor. Many of the accents are finished in a shimmery gold, which provides a pretty contrast to the mottled, Marbled Russet finish. The top rail is angled just-so in the classic sleigh style, and you have your choice of sizes with this bed. You can even choose whether you'd like the complete bed (headboard, footboard, rails), the headboard and frame, or the headboard only.

I just got the headboard. I found it
easy to assemble and of very good
quality. I went from a King size bed to the queen and knew that I wouldn't be able to match my wood furniture. This metal headboard blends with the wood perfectly.

I have always wanted a sleigh bed, so I went straight to the "sleigh bed" section at Hayneedle. This was my first choice, and I am so in love with this bed! I ordered the complete bed in the queen size, and it came super fast. My husband put it together while I was at work, and when I saw it, I jumped for joy. It way surpassed my expectations, but I am not surprised... I've ordered from Hayneedle before, and I've always loved their stuff. This sleigh bed is BEAUTIFUL!!

only purchased the headboard, used in master bedroom and am totally pleased with the look and quality of this item. I had been looking for months at local furniture stores for a headboard, as just upgraded from Q to K size bed, I was hesitant to order one on-line sight unseen, but it is even better looking than in the picture. I am 65/female and with help from friend it was easily assembled (screw legs on) and install. A stronger person would be able to do it by themselves. Only due to size did I require help to place it at head of the bed.
