Vintage? Modern? Traditional? It's hard to pin down the Belcourt Sleigh Bed, but we're sure of one thing: it's beautiful. Skillfully crafted from select hardwoods and artfully finished cherry veneers, the sleigh bed frame is covered in a dark, time-honored cherry finish. Each sleigh panel is topped with a smooth rail subtly turned at both ends to match the design of the nightstand, chest, dresser and mirror - all optional additions that will perfectly complement your bed. Available in a variety of sizes, this inviting sleigh bed features strong bolt-on rails and four slats for mattress support (box spring is still required). Although the design recalls the richness and civility of the 19th century, it'll glide easily into any bedroom decor - minus the sleigh runners and horse, of course.

The Belcourt Sleigh Bed is available with the following optional bedroom furniture pieces: one or two nightstands, a chest, and a dresser with mirror. The nightstands have four drawers each, the chest has six drawers, and the dresser has nine. Crafted from select hardwoods and rich cherry veneers, each piece showcases a dark cherry finish accented with simple antique brass knobs. Modified Empire style elements - turned feet, graduated molding, and a top portion that extends slightly over the bottom drawers - exude confidence and simplicity at the same time. The drawer fronts curve slightly at both ends, leaving room for turned posts to dress up the edges. The completely dust-proofed drawers are built with strong dovetail construction - French in front, English in back - and smooth ball-bearing metal side glides.
