The Casey Daybed - Black is a stunning, traditional-style daybed with a black rubbed finish. The sides and back are solid slats of wood with rounded wood finials finishing off each post. A Hayneedle exclusive, the Casey daybed makes a comfortable sofa in the office area or a cozy bed for overnight company in the guest room. This daybed comes with an optional trundle drawer. You can put up to an 8-inch-thick mattress inside and pull the slatted drawer out for a friendly sleep over (the trundle does not pop-up). Or, use the empty trundle drawer for spacious storage of bed linens, blankets, and pillows. The daybed uses a standard twin size mattress and comes with a wooden slat support system. Assembly required. Ships via common carrier.

Mattress option is the Super Sleep Mattress. Perfectly sized for bunk beds, trundles, or daybeds, the Super Sleep Mattress is a good-quality twin mattress with a gray cover. The Sta-rite inner quilted cotton pad offers extra comfort, and a rolled innerspring with 288 coils provides medium-firm support. The cover is smooth with a single taped edge. Ideal as twin, trundle, or daybed mattress.
