The bed just arrived and thus far I have only assembled the slide out drawers. They are well made and assembly is straight forward. The quality is there. The bed is a solid piece. The finish is durable. The only fall back, to the drawers anyway, are the casters the drawers roll on. They are the cheapest possible and I expect will have to be replaced at some point. Not a big deal, but as inexpensive as casters are and given the quality that can be had, I am disappointed that better ones weren't used. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this bed to anyone.

The bed is fantastic. Solid, sturdy and beautiful. My only issue was the fact that my package included a top right post, a top left post and two bottom left posts. No bottom right post. Since it is made of solid wood, rather than return and wait for shipment again, i was able to drill holes in the extra left post to line up with the rails and assemble the bed.

I've wanted a pencil post canopy bed for years, this one is worth the wait! Easy to assemble, looks great, very solid and I absolutely love climbing into it!
